We offer two ticket types for Impact 2025 – virtual/livestream and studio audience. Each option is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re joining from home or in-person.

Impact 2025 will be broadcast in English. Closed captioning will be available in English and Spanish, and ASL (American Sign Language) interpretation will also be provided.

A magic link is your personal key to access the livestream. It works on one device at a time. If you switch devices, you’ll need to log out of the first device before logging in on another.

Watch parties are independently hosted by coaches around the country. We’ve provided a list of watch parties on our Watch Parties page, but registration for these gatherings is managed by the individual host(s).

To attend, simply follow the instructions listed for the specific watch party you’re interested in – this may include contacting the host directly to RSVP. Please note that the company is not facilitating watch party registration.

The filming and live broadcast of Impact 2025 will take place on Saturday, July 19.

All in-studio attendees are strongly encouraged to stay at the official headquarter hotel to stay connected, enjoy complimentary shuttle transportation to event activities, and be part of the full community experience. You can book your hotel at our special discounted group rate here.

Airport transfers are not included. We recommend arranging your own transportation, such as a shuttle, rideshare service, or taxi from the airport to Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
