Sundance XIV Advanced Leadership Retreat 2019 will be held at the Sundance Resort in Sundance, Utah. Event dates are October 17–20, 2019.
Sundance XIV Advanced Leadership Retreat 2019 is a qualifying event. Qualified Global Directors and above with 7 qualified ED teams and 2 qualified FIBC teams (qualified 1 of 3 months, June, July, or August) will be invited to attend. Please refer to the invitation schedule to see when you will be receiving your personal invitation.
The dress code is Mountain Casual throughout the event. Please be advised that there may be a significant temperature difference between day and night, so we highly recommend dressing in layers.
The Farewell BBQ on the evening of Saturday, October 19 is a short learning and networking opportunity for all attendees. The Fireside Chat is led by Top Field Leaders in an informal, relaxed outdoor setting where everyone has time to reflect on the week and their businesses moving forward.
There are a few restaurants to choose from at Sundance. We recommend that you take a look at the menus for each restaurant ahead of time, on the Sundance Mountain Resort website. Select Fuelings will be available each morning as well.
Attendees are strongly encouraged to make reservations for dinner if planning to eat at the Tree Room or Foundry Grill, prior to arriving at Sundance. Reservations for Tree Room and Foundry Grill are being accepted until 3 weeks prior to the event.
Yes, a group photo will be taken on Friday, October 18.
Parents attending Sundance XIV Advanced Leadership Retreat 2019 with their infant must sign an Infant Liability Waiver (found at on-site registration).
- Due to space available, strollers, wagons, and other wheeled carriers are not permitted in the sessions or events
- Be sure to bring baby carriers or backpacks to transport nursing babies
- Parents with young children are encouraged to pre-arrange for child care in order to attend sessions or events
- Children under 18 years of age will not be permitted in sessions and events (except nursing babies)
Unplugged with Dr. A is an optional add-on event on Sunday, October 20. The cost is $25.00 per person (tickets are non-refundable) and may be added to your event registration. The last day to register is Friday, October 11, 2019. Net proceeds will benefit Healthy Habits For All™. Donations will be made on behalf of Medifast.
