General Information

Advanced Leadership Retreat 2023 will be held at Grande Lakes Orlando, Central Florida's premier, multi-hotel resort anchored by The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott luxury hotels. The event dates are October 26 – 29, 2023.

Qualify as a Fully Integrated Business Coach (Integrated Executive Director, Integrated Regional Director, Integrated National Director) or a Global Director & Above 3 out of 6 months, April 2023 – September 2023.

To book your stay and receive our discounted group rate, you must register for the Advanced Leadership Retreat first. Please note: Advanced Leadership Retreat 2023 is a by invitation only event. If you meet the qualification criteria to attend, then you will receive an email (refer to the invitation schedule) with a link to register. Once registered you will be able to access hotel booking through your attendee portal.

  1. Go to the OPTAVIA Advanced Leadership Retreat registration website.
  2. Log in to your Attendee Portal by entering your email address used at the time of registration as well as your password.
  3. Select the “Log In” button.
  4. Once your registration appears, select “Book Hotel”.
  5. You now have access to book your hotel and receive our discounted room rate.

Advanced Leadership Retreat 2023 will be presented in English. Closed Captioning will be available in English and interpretation will be available in Spanish, upon request. Requests can be made at the time of event registration and must be received on/before September 26, 2023.

Beginning mid-September an Advanced Leadership Retreat attendee report will be available in OPTAVIA CONNECT to Fully Integrated Business Coaches and Global Directors & Above.


Registration

You will receive an email invitation if you meet the qualifications with a link to register for the event. If you are attending with a Co-Applicant, the registration process needs to be completed by both Coaches individually using two different email addresses. Both Coaches and Co-Applicants will register as independent OPTAVIA Coach. If you attended Convention 2023, please log in with the email that you used during the registration process. If you do not remember your password, please select “forgot password.” If you did not attend Convention please select register now and you will be prompted to create an account. (Note: The email address you use to register for this event is for event registration purposes only and does not update the single email address on your independent OPTAVIA Coach account.) The registration rate is $500.00 per person.

OPTAVIA now partners with a new event registration platform. You will be prompted to create a new account that will now contain your event registration information and details.

If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so using the following steps:

  1. Go to the OPTAVIA Advanced Leadership Retreat registration website.
  2. Log in to your Attendee Portal by entering your email address used at the time of registration as well as your password.
  3. Select the “Log In” button.
  4. Once your registration appears, select “Cancel Package”.

Cancelations will be accepted until Friday, October 20, 2023 (fee applies after September 30, 2023). Once registration has been canceled, a refund will be processed back to the card used during registration within 3-5 business days of the cancelation. Event registration includes lunch (Friday and Saturday). Coffee, tea, and water will be provided during all General Sessions.

Children are a very important part of our OPTAVIA Family. Because the Advanced Leadership Retreat is a professional event focused on business building and Leadership training, children under 18 are unable to be in attendance (with the exception of nursing or lap infants).
