General Information

Advanced Leadership Retreat will be held at Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley, October 13–16, 2022. The Opening Ceremony will take place Thursday, October 13 in the Stein Eriksen Ballroom.

Due to ongoing construction at Eccles Theatre at Sundance Mountain Resort, we are no longer able to safely gather at this location for the Advanced Leadership Retreat Opening Ceremony on Thursday, October 13, 2022. Instead, Opening Ceremony will take place at Stein Eriksen Lodge Deer Valley.

Qualifications: To qualify, independent OPTAVIA Coaches must perform as a Global Director (or above) with at least six (6) individual Executive Director teams and at least two (2) FIBC teams for three (3) out of five (5) months from March 2022–July 2022 (July 2022 qualification is required).

Qualification Period: Wednesday, March 1, 2022, at 12:00 AM PT, to Sunday, July 31, 2022, at 11:59 PM PT

Absolutely, any attendee that added the OPTAVIA Shuttle to their registration will be refunded the full amount of US $55.00. Refunds are expected to be processed on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. Once the refund is issued, it will take 3–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your financial or banking institution.


At the Event

The suggested attire is Mountain Casual. Please keep in mind that the temperature in the mountains may vary significantly throughout the day. Dressing in layers is strongly recommended.

OPTAVIA will be operating a contactless on-site registration process. It’s very simple:

  1. Print your confirmation email and bring it with you to the event. You will need the QR code at the bottom of the email to check-in.
  2. Check-in at the Registration table during Registration hours. Scan your QR code to print your badge.
  3. Take a lanyard and badge holder from the stand. Fold and insert your badge into the pocket on the badge holder.
  4. You're done!

Advanced Leadership Retreat will be presented in English. Closed Captioning will be available in English and interpretation will be available in Spanish, upon request. Requests can be made at the time of event registration and must be received on/before September 13, 2022.

Yes! Farewell Reception guest tickets* may be purchased when you register for the event. Tickets are US $135 per person. A limited number of guests tickets will be available for purchase and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

* Admission into the Farewell Reception is included with event registration. Guest Tickets are for non-registered spouses or supportive partners who are not registered for the Advanced Leadership Retreat. You must be 18 or older to attend.

Children are a very important part of our OPTAVIA Family. Because the Advanced Leadership Retreat is a professional event focused on business building and Leadership training, children under 18 are unable to be in attendance (with the exception of nursing or lap infants).
