Now that you’ve successfully qualified for the Incentive Trip, it’s time to take the next steps to ensure your spot in paradise! Please check your email for a personalized RSVP link, where you can confirm your attendance and provide essential details. Be sure to complete your online RSVP as soon as possible to secure your place on the Trip. We’re thrilled to have you as part of this exclusive experience, and your prompt response will help us make the necessary arrangements for a fantastic and memorable trip.   

• Step One – Check your email for a personalized RSVP link. 

• Step Two – Check your passport’s expiration date before booking to ensure smooth travels. 

• Step Three – Book any necessary travel arrangements, such as flight and pre/post hotel if necessary.

Cancel Registration 

To cancel your registration, you may do so using the following steps: 

1. Go to your Incentive Trip 2026 Registration Confirmation email. 

2. Select Cancel Registration at the bottom of the email. 

3. Log in by entering your email address used at the time of registration as well as your password. 

4. Select Cancel Registration and follow the prompts.

Coastal Brunch & Marketplace 

Kick-off your Cancun experience in style at our welcome brunch — a vibrant gathering designed to bring our community together and celebrate the achievements that brought you here. Enjoy delicious brunch favorites as we ease into the day surrounded by sunshine, great conversation, and the energy of an incredible group of coaches. 

After brunch, the experience continues with a special marketplace shopping experience featuring local artisans and vendors. Stroll through the marketplace, discover beautiful handcrafted goods, and pick out a unique keepsake to remember your time in Cancun.  

Suggested attire: Caftans or breezy resort wear to match the relaxed, coastal vibe of the morning. 

Farewell Fiesta 

Join us for a memorable evening as we gather on the beach to celebrate an incredible few days in Cancun. This special farewell event will feature dinner by the ocean, music, dancing, and entertainment as we close out the trip in style.  

During the evening Mark DeBoy and Moises Frias, OPTAVIA Senior Account Managers will share a few brief remarks recognizing the incredible wins and achievements across our Coach community. While we say goodbye to Cancun, we’re excited to continue the journey together in Dallas at Go Global with your teams.  

Suggested attire: Sandals or beach friendly footwear are recommended, as this event will take place directly on the sand.

Who is eligible?

All coaches paid-as National Director or higher in August 2025 are eligible to qualify for the Incentive Trip.*

How do I qualify?

• Be paid-as a National Director or higher in February OR March 2026 

• Be paid-as National Director (or higher) in at least 5 months during the qualification period 

• Accumulate at least 7 points by helping your team qualify for Go Global. For each coach in your August 2025 National Director generation who qualifies to attend Go Global, you earn points toward Incentive Trip qualification:  

  • 1 point = Develop an EDGE Level 1 Qualifier 

  • 2 points = Develop an EDGE Level 2 Qualifier 

  • 2 points = Develop an EDGE Level 3 Qualifier

What's included in the Incentive Trip? 

• A luxury all-inclusive Five (5) Days / Four (4) Nights trip for two (2) to Dreams Vista Cancun Golf and Spa Resort, in Cancun, Mexico. 

• One (1) ocean-view hotel room (double occupancy). 

• Round-trip airport transfers in Cancun (from Cancun International Airport to the resort and return).

How do I RSVP for the Incentive Trip?

Qualifiers will receive an invitation via email when registration opens Monday, March 9, 2026. 

What days should I travel to and from Incentive Trip? 

Travel days for traveling to and from Incentive Trip should be on April 18 and April 22. As a reminder, please hold on booking travel until you've received your official invitation.

Can I upgrade my room? 

Once you receive your room number, upgrades to your room may be available and are subject to the hotel's availability at the time of your stay. Any upgrades and associated rates are offered at the discretion of the hotel. If you're interested in exploring upgrade options, we recommend inquiring directly with the hotel upon arrival.

Can I bring my family (i.e. more than one guest)? Are connecting rooms available? 

The Incentive Trip reward includes a trip for 2 (two). We have a limited number of rooms available that can accommodate up to (4) four guests. Priority for these rooms will be given to families traveling with nursing infants/small children or those with specific religious needs. Any/all costs associated with a third or fourth guest are not included in the reward and will be the responsibility of the coach.  

Unfortunately, connecting room requests cannot be guaranteed.  

What if I need to change my guest’s name and information? 

 If you need to update or change your guest’s name and information, please contact Coach Support no later than Monday, April 1, 2026. Change requests received after this date will not be able to be accommodated. When updating your guest’s information, please make sure you have all of their pertinent information ready. 

Will Fuelings be provided? 

Fuelings will not be provided. If you will be on Plan during the Trip, we strongly encourage you to pack your own Fuelings. 

How do I book excursions, restaurant reservations, spa treatments, etc.? 

All coaches are staying in a preferred club room which includes 24-hour concierge service. You can book restaurant and spa reservations one of three ways, once you have received your room number: 

• Onsite at our Hospitality Room 

• Through the Hyatt Inclusive App 

• Onsite through Your Personal Concierge 

  
  

Excursions are private to OPTAVIA through our DMC partner and may be booked at any time through our private link coming soon here or onsite at the Hospitality Room.   

Can I attend both the Incentive Trip and Go Global?

Yes! All coaches have the opportunity to qualify for the Incentive Trip as well as Go Global.

What is my “August 2025 Nation Director generation?”

If you were paid-as a National Director (or higher) in August 2025, your August 2025 National Director generation includes all coaches in the August 2025 monthly commission period who were between you and your first downline National Director (or higher). In other words, it includes all of your frontline coaches, down to (and including) your first downline National Directors (or higher), using August 2025’s paid-as Ranks.

What if I have an Executive Director Team (or leg) that has multiple coaches who qualify for Go Global. Can I only earn 1 point from that Executive Director Team?

No. Points are earned for each account that qualifies for Go Global. One Executive Director Team can have many individual Executive Directors in it. Again, you earn points for each account in your August 2025 National Director generation that qualifies for Go Global. If one of your Executive Director Teams has 5 accounts that qualify for Go Global, and all 5 of those accounts are in your August 2025 National Director Generation, then you would earn at least 5 points towards the Incentive Trip.

What if I have a downline coach who was also paid-as a National Director in August 2025 and they qualify for the Incentive Trip. Will I earn points from that coach towards my own Incentive Trip qualification?

Yes! Your August 2025 National Director generation includes the first downline coaches who were paid-as a National Director or higher in August 2025. In this example, even if that downline who was paid-as a National Director in August 2025 ends up only qualifying for Go Global, you would still earn at least one point towards your own Incentive Trip qualification.

Let’s say I have coach Jane who was paid-as a Regional Director in August 2025 and is in my August 2025 National Director generation. What happens if coach Jane is paid-as a National Director in December 2025, for example? Does my August 2025 National Director generation no longer include any coaches under coach Jane?

Your August 2025 National Director generation is essentially static (pinned), the only exception being new coaches who are added as they come in throughout the qualification period. If coach Jane ranks up to National Director at any point during the qualification period she is still in your August 2025 National Director generation because she was paid-as a Regional Director in August 2025 and was part of your August 2025 National Director generation.

What happens when a new coach joins OPTAVIA during the qualification period? How do we determine whose August 2025 National Director generation they belong to?

We look at the new coach’s sponsor. If their sponsor was paid-as a National Director (or higher) in August 2025 then the new coach is in their sponsor’s August 2025 National Director generation. Otherwise, we just climb the tree until we find a coach who was paid-as a National Director (or higher) in August 2025 and include the new coach in that upline’s August 2025 National Director generation.

If I have a downline coach who qualifies for the Incentive Trip and that coach is in my August 2025 National Director generation, will I earn 1 point because they qualified for Go Global at Level 1 plus 2 more points because they qualified for the Incentive Trip?

No. Each downline coach account in your August 2025 National Director generation can only give you 1 or 2 points, depending on which Level they qualify for. If someone qualifies for the Incentive Trip, for example, their upline will earn 2 points, no more. In other words, the points do not “stack.”
