January marks a powerful moment to gather, refocus on lifelong transformation, and spark a nationwide push toward better metabolic health. On Saturday, January 10th coaches across the country will come together at regional events to gain insights from expert speakers and a look ahead at what’s coming in 2026.
Grounded in our science-backed approach to addressing metabolic dysfunction – and fueled by the passion of coaches committed to transformation – this kick-off is designed to spark excitement for the year ahead.

Every regional event will look a little different based on the coach host, location and venue – but all gatherings will include the following core elements:

Live Virtual Q&A at 3 p.m. ET/12 p.m. PT – all attendees nationwide can join together for a special interactive session immediately following the documentary presentation.
