Welcome to the registration process for Executive Director Summit!
The Executive Director Summit is an exclusive, invitation-only event, reserved for those who meet specific qualifications. Below, you’ll find the detailed criteria required to earn your place at this transformative experience. Registration for the summit is complimentary and includes access to an array of immersive experiences, designed to inspire and elevate your journey as an Optavist.
Your summit experience includes:


*Your reward includes a complimentary two-night hotel stay (November 13-15); but please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the first night (November 12). We will make your hotel reservation for November 12-15, and you will be responsible for paying for the night of November 12th (and incidentals) upon check-in. After that, we’ll take care of the rest.
**Must meet Path 2: Returning Attendee qualifications.
How to Qualify for the Executive Director Summit
We’ve expanded the qualification pathways for our Fall Executive Director Summit in response to overwhelming interest from our spring attendees and field leaders eager to join us. Whether you’re attending for the first time or returning for another unforgettable experience, there’s a seat at the table for you – if you earn it.
Path 1: First-Time Attendees
This track is for independent OPTAVIA coaches who did not attend the Spring Executive Director Summit in 2025.
Qualification Period: March 1 – August 31, 2025.
Qualifications:
Rank as Executive Director or above 3 out of 6 months (March – August 2025)
Earn 1 Accelerator Assist Bonus during the qualification period
Must qualify as an Executive Director or above in August 2025.
Path 2: Returning Attendees
If you joined us at the Spring Executive Director Summit and want to return for the Fall, your qualification path has evolved to reflect your continued leadership.
Qualification Period: April 1 – August 31, 2025
Qualifications:
Baseline Month: Must be ranked as Executive Director or above in March 2025 to qualify.
Growth Requirement: Add one new Executive Director leg and maintain it for any two of the five months from April through August 2025 (months do not need to be consecutive).
Final Rank Requirement: Must be ranked as Regional Director or above in August 2025.
Consistency: May not rank below Executive Director at any time during the qualification period.

Registration Policies
Registration transfers between individuals are not permitted.
The last day to register to guarantee placement in a tour group with your team and a hotel stay coordinated with your team is Friday, October 10, 2025.
The last day to register for a ticket is Friday, November 7, 2025.
Modify/Cancel Registration
To modify or cancel your registration, you may do so using the following steps:
Log in to your Attendee Portal.
To Modify, select “Modify Your Registration”. You'll be directed to the Event Registration Page to make any changes or modifications.
To Cancel, select “Cancel Package", then select the package you'd like to cancel, then select Submit.

What is the Executive Director Summit?
Executive Director Summit is an exclusive, invitation-only experience for Executive Directors who lead with a passion for growth and transformation. This summit brings our Executive ranked coaches to our corporate headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland providing an invaluable behind-the-scenes look at our operations, manufacturing facilities, and product innovation center. Attendees will have the chance to connect with product and program experts, explore upcoming offerings, and participate in coach education sessions led by Field Leaders. This summit is an unparalleled opportunity to enhance your impact, grow your business, and connect with a community of like-minded leaders on the same journey.
Who can attend the summit?
Executive Director Summit is open to any independent OPTAVIA Coach who meets the qualification criteria. This exclusive event is designed for those who have achieved the rank of Executive Director and demonstrate a commitment to growth, leadership and inspiring transformation in others.
When and where is the summit being held?
Executive Director Summit will be held in Baltimore, Maryland, from November 12-15, 2025.
Invitations & Qualifications
How do I qualify for an invitation?
To receive an invitation to Executive Director Summit Fall 2025, independent OPTAVIA Coaches must meet the following criteria during the qualification period from March 1, 2025 to August 31, 2025:
Rank as Executive Director or above 3 out of 6 months (March - August 2025) AND
Earn 1 Accelerator Assist Bonus during the qualification period

How do I register for the summit?
Registration will open in August 2025. Stay tuned for more details!
Is there a registration fee?
No, event registration is complimentary. Additionally, your reward includes a complimentary two-night hotel stay from November13-15. Hotel reservations will be made on your behalf by the OPTAVIA Events Team November 12-15, but you will be responsible for the cost of the first night (November 12th) and any incidentals, which will be paid upon check-in. Select meals will be included during the event. Attendees are responsible for all transportation costs to and from the Summit, including airfare and ground transportation.
