Hotel Policies

  • Individuals must identify themselves as being with OPTAVIA at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the group rate. These rates will be assured until Wednesday, July 5, 2023 at 11:59 PM ET; if the block has not been filled already. After this date, reservations can be made on a space-available basis. Group rate is available three (3) days pre/post-Convention dates (July 27–30, 2023), based on availability and at the discretion of the hotel.
  • All reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s room and tax to guarantee each reservation. This deposit will be charged by the hotel beginning Thursday, July 6, 2023. If it is found that the credit card is invalid for any reason, the reservation will be cancelled. Should you need to cancel your reservation before the non-refundable deposit is charged, please note there is a cancellation fee of US $50.00 for cancellations made between reservation booking and May 24, 2023. From May 24 – July 5, 2023, the cancellation fee increases to US $100.00.

Airline Discounts

Delta Air Lines is pleased to offer OPTAVIA discounts of 2% to 10% off published fares. Reservations and ticketing are available on the Meeting Services page on the Delta Air Lines website or, by calling Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 1.800.328.2216. When booking online, select Book Your Meeting Reservation and enter the Meeting Code below, in the provided field.

Please note that travel must be booked between July 24, 2023 – August 2, 2023, to receive the discount.

OPTAVIA has partnered with United Airlines to offer travel discounts of 2% to 10% off published fares. Visit the United Airlines United Meetings Travel page and enter the code below in the Offer Code field to receive the discount. You may also call the United Meeting Reservation Desk at 1.800.426.1122 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM ET and Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM ET. Booking fees are waived for Meeting reservations.
