If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so using the following steps:
- Go to the OPTAVIA Convention 2023 registration website.
- Log in to your Attendee Portal by entering your email address used at the time of registration as well as your password.
- Select the “Log In” button.
- Once your registration appears, select “Cancel Package”.
- If you have a Co-Applicant registered, they will need to follow the same steps to cancel their registration.
Cancelations will be accepted until Friday, June 30 (fee may apply). Once a registration has been canceled, a refund will be processed back to the card used during registration within 3-5 business days of the cancelation. The first 5,000 attendees* to register online will receive a complimentary clear OPTAVIA Convention swag bag onsite at the event. These attendees will be notified via email regarding pick up at Registration onsite.
* Coaches who qualify for the Global Directors & Above Hospitality Room are not eligible for this promotion.
Beginning on or around Monday, May 8, 2023, OPTAVIA Coaches may view an event registration report in CONNECT.
